This limited edition coffee recalls the holiday season in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec mountain range in El Salvador.
Currently, it is harvest season for the producers with whom Fantôme works. That time when the coffee cherries ripen and people celebrate.
“ Recolección de Navidad” meaning “ Christmas harvest” comes from a blend of two batches of Mauricio which, together, offer rich notes of red fruits and caramel reminiscent of black forest cake or strawberry compote. A balance of gourmet flavors designed to perfectly match the season and accompany your celebrations.
