Shipping policy

Orders are treated in 24 to 48 hours after payment, please expect delays during the holiday season (November-January).


  • We are happy to offer free delivery across Canada for orders of 100$ or more (with Canada Post tracking).
  • We offer local delivery for 5$ to the following regions in Montreal whose postal codes start with: H1*, H2*, H3* & H4*. Orders are delivered in 1-2 business days.
  • We offer local delivery for 7$ to the following regions in Laval whose postal codes start with: H7P*, H7T*, H7V*, H7N*, H7G*, H7S*. Orders are delivered in 3-4 business days.
  • Local delivery is offered free of charge for people with limited mobility. Please contact us for details:

  • Small order of stickers, pins and patches only may to be sent by lettermail (without tracking or insurance) via Canada Post if requested, however we cannot track or recover these packages.
  • Please note: During Canadian winter months (December-March, depending on weather conditions) water based inks are prone to freezing. Glass ink bottles may break and cartridges may repture if exposed to freezing temperatures for prolonged periods. Inks may be shipped via express delivery only during freezing periods.
