Shipping and Pick Up

Orders are usually processed within 48 hours of purchase. If you need faster delivery, please contact us at info@nuevaera.ca All products, except ink bottles, can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not been used and are in their original packaging. |
- We offer free shipping, anywhere in Canada & the continental US for all orders of $100 (before taxes) or more :)
- For purchases under $50 (before taxes), standard shipping is $9.99 across Canada
- For purchases of $50 to $99 (before taxes), standard shipping is $7.99 across Canada
- Small orders containing light items only, up to 200g (for example, stickers or pins), can be sent by lettermail with Canada Post. Lettermail does not include tracking, therefore we cannot guarantee delivery times or locate lost packages.
- Please note: During winter months (November - March), we strongly recommend ink products be sent via next day shipping to avoid freezing and breakage. Any ink products sent via regular mail are at your own risk. We are not responsible for freezing or damage.
- We can deliver, for a fee of $5, within a radius of 5km from the store. Orders will be delivered in 1-4 business days.
- Local delivery is always free for people with reduced mobility. Please let us know before making your purchase so that we can offer you a discount code.
Free pick up:
We offer free pickup at our shop, located at 5835 Saint-Hubert Street, Montreal, Quebec, H2S 2L8, during our opening hours.
We will notify you by email as soon as your order is ready.
Please note that if you choose in-store pickup, you will have 90 days to collect your order. After this period, a credit note corresponding to the amount of your purchase will be issued, and the ordered products will be restocked.
