Exchanges and refunds

• All products, except ink bottles and ink cartridges, can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they have not been used and are in their original packaging. If you wold like to make an exchange or request a refund, you will be responsible for shipping costs. We are unfortunately not responsible for lost packages. We also reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the returned products are not in new condition.

• Ink bottles and ink cartridges are very often water-based and some bottles are made of glass. Unfortunately, in winter it is possible for the bottle to crack or the cartridges to leak if left in cold temperatures. Therefore, inks are only exchangeable in autumn, spring and summer, within 14 days of receipt and only if they have not been used. In winter (approximately December to March, depending on the outside temperature), these items are final sale only.
  
  
• If ever a product is defective, we will be happy to exchange it for you free of charge. Please notify us upon receipt.
