Undoubtedly one of the most popular fountain pens today, the Lamy Safari comes from the imagination of designers Wolfgang Fabian and Bernt Spiegel. It was created in 1980 for use by school-age children. The pen therefore had to be shock resistant, especially if it was going to be thrown around by kids! Over the years, it has become the favorite pen of serious writing instrument enthusiasts.
Its body is mainly made of very high quality ABS plastic, giving it a light weight. Thanks to a small window located on the barrel, you can always know if there is any ink left in its cartridge or in its converter. Its nib is made of stainless steel and its clip is made of chrome-coated metal. Its ergonomic grip will allow you to write comfortably for a long period of time!
